Training

Method of working

The training will consist in short theoretical sessions on a particular subject, each time followed by practical work on computer where the participants repeat what the trainer will first show them on the projection screen. The necessary database for these exercises will already be installed on the computer during the software installation.

The participants will learn what are the methodological concepts which are essential to the execution of the coherent and rational " Master Plans of Distribution ". These concepts will directly be put into practice in order to fully control every aspect of the concepts.

The training will also be backed by many visual aids. The learning process of the participants will then be strengthened by the stimulation of their important senses.

At the end of the training course the participants will have heard, seen, rephrased and put into practice all the important concepts they have acquired. This will enable them to act immediatly and to be self-sufficient in the use of their new knowledge. Studies show that a new concept which has been heard, seen, repeated and put into practice by the participants during a training course is 90% taken in at the end of the course. The immediate and regular use of these concepts after the training guarantees the development and the sustainability of this result.

The training will be provided for groups of maximum 8 participants so as to ensure total commitment from everyone and to allow the trainer to follow them up. The number of available computers for the training sall be at least of 4.

As ongoing training enthusiasts, we obviously remain at your disposal after the training to answer any participants' question or to help them solve the problems they could have encountered during their studies.
