ELVIRA is a software for technical and economical evaluation of rural electrification projects. Taking into account the cost of investments at the year of electrification, maintenance and operations costs, and on the other hand the generated revenues from the services sold, ELVIRA presents an optimized economic balance of the project. Results obtained for several villages can be aggregated to obtain an overall balance at regional level.

LVPLAN is a software assisting in the design of new Low Voltage aerial distribution networks in electrification projects. The software determines the optimal network design with respect to investment costs and losses, taking into account mechanical and electrical characteristics of the equipments and considering maximum admitted voltage drops. In most projects, resulting benefits in investment costs and losses are a multiple of the software acquisition cost.

Low voltage distribution networks are often subject to excessive voltage drops or losses, due in particular to phase imbalances. The Electricity Distribution Company has to distinguish between those disorders linked to imbalances and those due to insufficient network sizing. It shall also determine the cost effectiveness of planned balancing and reinforcement projects, in order to prioritise these projects and to define the optimal short- to medium term investment planning. The aim of LVNET is to assist the Electricity Distribution Company in this procedure.

PowerNIS is a total integrated solution for management and processing of all information related to the optimal operation of distribution networks. PowerNIS integrates in a single system all (geo)graphical and technical data of the distribution system, as well as the specialised application programs which obtain their process data in the central database. Access to the data and the application functions is obtained at all company's workstations via client-server technology and modern communication channels such as LAN, Intranet or Internet.

TD is a PC-based software that connects to a SCADA system to extent the SCADA functions by specific semi-online applications, such as Load curve analysis, Event analysis, Estimation of unsupplied energy due to service interruptions, Supervision of load evolution, Simplified Unit Comitment, etc.
DMS is a software product addressing the operation of electric power distribution networks. Its main purpose is rapid simulation and analysis of network flows in various network configurations, based on real-time information obtained from a SCADA system. If no SCADA is available, DMS may still be useful to study network behaviour for manually defined loads and switch states.

The EPR-1 and EPR-31 Portable Recorders are designed for in- and out-door load measurements in MV and LV distribution networks. Both recorders have identical housing, internal electronics and measurement capabilities: they only differ by their external measurement interfaces.
